Interested in languages since childhood, Miwa spent about five years in Europe at the age of 20, including language studies abroad. In 2019, back in Japan, she learned about active listening and realized that deep mutual understanding can be created by putting aside one’s own values and listening to others. She is deepening her listening skills on a daily basis. She currently works as an industrial consultant and is in charge of improving communication in companies.
